Course Description
In general, happy people are healthier than unhappy people. Science is just starting to tap into the magic and mystery of the power of the brain. Such research is proving a inseparable relationship between happy and healthy. This course explains the science of the connection between happy and healthy through one woman’s story of healing herself from a devastating and potentially career crushing accident by finding her happy and pursuing her passion.

- How happy and healthy work together in your brain and body through your hormones.
- How body movement and actions create trigger happy hormones and endorphins
- How what you think and hear directly impacts the hormones your body produces.
